Bespoke Corporate Training

Duncan has given over 250 conference papers and presentations in his career on topics within his fields of expertise set out in this website, including: bespoke ( in-house) corporate seminars; as a keynote speaker at trade association meeting and events; for numerous legal conferences; for the CIO summit in Canada for over 15 years; for numerous Universities across North America, including Case Western in Los Angeles, USC at Santa Clara in California, at the University of Toronto, at the United States National Defense College in Washington DC, at Queen’s University in Kingston, and at Dalhousie University in Halifax; as governance related presentation sot numerous board of directors, and an invited keynote speaker or panel member at many compliance conferences.

The Honourable, Lord Tim Clement-Jones,  chaired the House of Lords Special Committee on AI and the development of public policy related to the future regulation of AI development, implementation, use and goverance. Lord Clemet Jones invited me to sit as a subject matter expert on two of his conference panels in England, in 2017 and again in 2019 ( the later for the Law Society of England and Wales ).

The previous Privacy Commissioner of Bermuda and I spoke on many panels together between 2023 and 2025. When, under his leadership, the then Privacy Commissioner hosted the 45th Global Privacy Assembly in Bermuda, with an audience of over 5,000 attending across the globe ( 600 of whom were in Bermuda ), I was the only Bermuda privacy compliance expert who he invited to address the Assembly ( that presentation is cited below ).
